Second step in becoming an IRS (ITIN) Certifying Acceptance Agent is to fill out the form 13551 which will only be accepted during the open season; May 1st 2015, through August 31, 2015 The form can be found on the IRS website: http://www.irs.gov/pub/irs-pdf/f13551.pdf
